My product is defective and wish the warranty, how?

The warranty for each product is specified in its file article on our website. This warranty includes replacement of defective parts, Exchange, or refund, as determined by our customer service.

How to apply the warranty?

Contact our customer service by mail at the following address: enclosing a description of the observed malfunction. The VAS will return quickly to you to explain the procedure to follow. 

Caution warranty work it is important that the full article is returned in its original packaging (packaging, accessories, manual,...) to the address communicated by our after-sales service.

My package arrives damaged, what should I do?

If upon delivery you notice any any trace of impact on the package, it is essential to good check the contents before accepting it. If the product appears to be damaged you simply refuse the delivery and you then tell us by mail or by phone. We will then do the necessary so that a new package will be sent back as soon as possible.
